July and August 2023 Events in Porto Cervo

Porto Cervo, the pearl of the Costa Smeralda in Sardinia, is preparing to host a series of exciting and compelling events for the next two weeks.

Complementing the unforgettable beach days offered by the island, a variety of shows and activities will enliven the evenings of the bustling summer luxury town for visitors of all ages.

From the international DJs and live concerts at Phi Beach to exclusive dinners and beach parties at Justme, visitors will be able to experience pure moments of fun:

– Phi Beach:

Already known by its previous name (Just Cavalli), Justme has quickly gained popularity among the Coastal audience for its sophistication and unique atmosphere, offering an eclectic schedule of events throughout the 2023 summer season.

– Torneo Smeraldo 2023 (28 July / 4 August)

One of the most eagerly awaited events of the summer in Porto Cervo is the prestigious Torneo Smeraldo tennis tournament, scheduled from July 28 to August 4, 2023 and known to attract amateurs as well as world-class players from all over the world.

– Grand Gala of Lyrical Music (31 July)

Celebrating the 150th anniversary of Gioachino Rossini’s death, the most beautiful opera arias and symphonies by Verdi, Puccini and Rossini will be performed at Stella Maris Church by the Symphony Orchestra of Sardinia, conducted by Anna Brandolini with soloists Chiara Milini and Veronica Abozzi soprano, Paolo Antognetti tenor and Carlo Checchi baritone.

– Night of the Falling Stars (10 August)

On the night the 10th of August, Porto Cervo prepares to witness a unique celestial spectacle: the Perseid shooting star swarm. Away from light pollution, the Sardinian coast offers one of the clearest skies in Europe, making this natural phenomenon even more impressive.
